Counselling in Bournemouth

I am a UKCP registered counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor based near Bournemouth, Dorset. I offer individual, couples and family counselling to all ages and specialise in relationship difficulties, including divorce and separation; anxiety, depression and stress; loss, bereavement, trauma and PTSD; abuse and bullying; and various life crises. I have extensive experience of offering counselling in a safe, professional, non-judgemental and empathic setting.

I work with both CBT and psychodynamic models of therapy and would be happy to meet with you for an initial appointment at my counselling practice near Bournemouth to see if we think that therapy with me would be beneficial for you.
