Counselling in Dorset

I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, offering CBT and psychodynamic counselling throughout Dorset and Hampshire. I have over 20 years’ experience in psychological therapies and education and work with all ages for individual, couples and family counselling. Counselling can help you talk through your current difficulties in a safe, empathic and non-judgemental environment. Together, we will explore the root causes of your problems to help us understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviour in order that you will be able to make the changes you want to make.
