Counselling in Ringwood

I have over 20 years’ experience working with adults, adolescents and children in a variety of settings, including the NHS, schools, counselling agencies and in private practice. I am a fully qualified UKCP registered Psychotherapist, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor, with a practice near Ringwood, Hampshire. My specialism is in Transactional Analysis, which combines the CBT and psychodynamic models of therapy, offering both practical strategies for symptom relief and deeper analysis of the root causes of your difficulties to bring about permanent change. I provide a safe, confidential, professional and non-judgemental environment to give you the support and gentle challenge you need to be able to move forward positively in your life in the way that you choose.
