Couples counselling in Bournemouth

I am a fully qualified, experienced couples and relationship counsellor based near Bournemouth, Dorset. I work with both the CBT and psychodynamic models of couple counselling to help explore your current difficulties, understand the unhelpful relational dynamics you may be experiencing, and find positive ways forward for you as a couple. I work with couples and of all ages and in every stage of their relationship, offering a professional, impartial and non-judgemental environment to enable you to communicate better and gain a greater understanding of yourselves and each other.
