Family counselling in Hampshire

I offer family counselling and psychotherapy in Hampshire to all ages and groups. Sometimes relationships can go through particularly challenging times and family therapy can be helpful for all kinds of family groups encountering difficulties: the nuclear family, your original or extended family, blended families or simply friends or colleagues who are experiencing difficulties.

Through gentle exploration of each member’s thoughts, feelings and behaviour, I aim to give the whole family a greater understanding of each other and a fuller awareness of the unhelpful dynamics that are causing you problems. The safe, confidential and non-judgemental professional setting I provide can help you to communicate more effectively, leading to constructive change. I offer an introductory family therapy session in my practice in Hampshire, near Brockenhurst, Ringwood, Lymington, Lyndhurst and New Milton.
