Family counselling in the New Forest

I am a fully qualified and experienced family Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in the New Forest, Hampshire, near Brockenhurst, Ringwood, Lymington, Lyndhurst and New Milton. I work with individuals, couples and families and specialise in relationship difficulties. I offer a safe, professional and empathic environment for you to explore your current difficulties, and have extensive experience of working with adults, children and adolescents. I aim to help you listen to each other and understand each other better, bringing into awareness the unhelpful dynamics that may have become entrenched in your family relationships.

I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor and my training in a developmental model of relationships gives me insight into the different stages and trials of family life. Through a greater understanding of each other and the way your family system is working, along with the support and gentle challenge I offer, we aim to help your family make changes and move forward more positively. I would be very happy to meet with you for an initial appointment at my family therapy practice in the New Forest to see if we think that working with your family would be beneficial for you all.
