Family counselling in Ringwood

I am a family counsellor in Ringwood, with many years’ experience of helping families work through difficult periods or events in their lives. Family therapy is for two or more members of a family or group who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships or finding situations hard to cope with. I offer a confidential, empathic and non-judgemental environment in which every member of the family can feel safe to voice their thoughts, feelings and opinions. The help of an impartial professional in family counselling can help you communicate and understand each other better, as well as gain greater insight into any unhelpful dynamics that have been at play in the family system. We will explore ways together that will help you make constructive changes in your relationships and help the whole family move forward more positively.
